I am a Software Engineering graduate from Çankaya University (English curriculum, 3.27 GPA) with a minor in Economics. Pairing software engineering with economics provided me with an integrated perspective on systems: viewing software not merely as code execution, but as end-to-end optimizations that align algorithmic precision with human workflow dynamics.
I currently work as a Full-Stack Engineer at Attimo, where I architect Claude-based agent workflows, automation backbones, and multimodal data processing systems. Through products like Archivia, I engineer agentic orchestration and third-party operational pipelines. In Panovia, I helped build the core processing pipeline combining YOLO, OCR, and Large Language Models to extract and analyze technical engineering documentation, blueprints, and tabular data.
Alongside production engineering, my core research focus lies in computational neuroscience and Brain-Computer Interfaces (BCI). Through my project NeuroMotion, I developed real-time BCI pipelines connecting PyTorch deep learning models to Unity 3D simulations, detecting movement intention (Motor Imagery, MRCP) and monitoring Error-Related Potentials (ErrP) to bridge neural signals with interactive environments.
I am deeply committed to open science and reproducibility. In my peer-reviewed systematic mapping study published in Gazi Medical Journal, I surveyed 281 EEG BCI studies published between 2011 and 2025, identifying critical open-science gaps (only 15% shared datasets and 10% shared code) and proposing concrete hardware comparison benchmarks. In natural language processing, I collected and processed over 10,000 Turkish news articles for summarization research and fine-tuned GemmaTR using LoRA.
My guiding philosophy is simple: “From intention, through evidence, to finished outcome.” I prioritize turning theoretical concepts into robust, well-documented, and dependable software that solves genuine problems.
